January Seasonal Tips 3

January Seasonal Tips 3

The weather around here is crazy like usual.  Below zero and bouncing up the ten Celsius.  Around these parts the flu season can hit as badly as a harsh winter storm.  The unpredictable weather makes it difficult for the body to adapt to the rapid changes and makes it easy to catch anything going around.
This weeks tips:
  1. Even if it feels and looks warm put you heavier clothing in the car.  If it drops later you'll be able to warm up.
  2. If you car pool or transit then take extra gear in a medium to large carry bag.
  3. Dress in layers.  Add when colder and remove when warmer.
  4. Regularly wash your hands.  Especially out in public.
  5. If you need to, carry your own sanitizer.
  6. Take extra Vitamin C.
  7. Take Kleenex and such items in their own pouch or Ziploc bag.
Just a few tips to keep you happy and healthy this flu and cold season.
