About Me

Why I became interested in coaching.

I have a long history of being innovative, perception difference and assisting others through difficulties.  I have been a Non-denominational Minister for over 20 years.  I must admit I am not a pulpit preacher; I worked as a street level faith crises worker.  This was purely on a volunteer level and a work I took to heart.  This high level of nonprejudicial attitude  goes back further at a very young age.  Elementary school speech for members of the Human Rights Commission at our school for disability and mental illness, and science fair experiments to assist humanity, and our country as a whole.

With disabilities I am an individual with just that.  An improperly diagnosed physical condition that is not readily seen.  I have felt it's impact through programs that assist regular folks and not really for others, work conditions and perceptions on non-visible disability, friends and even loved ones that don't understand. I have hired visible and non-visible workers.

I am a Life Planner.  A job that went hand in hand with the above work.  20 Plus years of experience.

I am an Organizing Coach.  Seriously you can not be a Life Planner without this one.  Offical Courses in 2010.  20 Plus years of experience.

My Commitment to others.

My history of commitment cannot be measured by device or even words.  It can show how much I commit myself to something I enjoy and am passionate about.

I challenged the schools and doctors to educate and teach my son instead of putting him on medication.  Through hard work he assisted me in that challenge and reduced three chronic learning disorders down to 1 partial for his records.

My husband is a retired medical veteran with physical and other difficulties.  Collectively including marriage, we have been together for over 20 years.  The last 15 years of special needs.

Non-denominational Minister started in my late teens.  Ordained in 2003 with restrictions for 7 years due to the nature of service.  Papers finalized in 2010.

Experience with others.

Throughout the years I have held different jobs within the service spectrum.  Cleaning homes for seniors and those with disabilities.  Home care for seniors and those with disabilities.  Service staff in retail including department, fast food and a donut franchise.  Basic entry up to and including management.  All of this coupled with commitment and history has developed where I stand today.

Why am I excited?

That is easy for me to bring to the table.  I am excited due to my history and the future before me.  I am a compulsive helper by nature and have studied much in the way of programs available.  I understand where they are incredible and where change needs to be made for categories such as Seniors, High functioning disability or mental illness, Veterans and their families, Special needs in general.

As much as there is in my understanding for Special Challenges, my unique perspective can assist anyone who chooses to implement them.  Some different things or some things just worded differently can be the only thing you need to make positive change or to get over that stumbling block.

Sharing my world with yours!  Being the Revolution of Change!
