Getting your morning grove can be elaborate or simple to do. Either way has to be representative of yourself and how much you may be in need of one. There are many morning routines out there. A lot of them tell you to make a list of things that need to be done. Basically a get yourself ready and what chores you need to do. Schedule time etc. So I say "What about YOU?!"

Yes it still incorporates matching out time with the other things that you have to do. There is no getting around that. These are some things to consider in making YOUR Morning Groove routine.
- When you think about your next robe choose your favorite color in a vibrant bright hue. Choose a pick me color that you really enjoy. It is an instant perk up to the morning when you put it on. If you are in a climate that has extremes of weather you may want to pick one up for summer and one for winter in fabrics that are seasonally specific.
- Toss in a nature cd. Choose one with chirping birds and the likes. Note that it could not be one that will put you back to sleep. Nature sounds are a more natural way to wake up.
- What is your morning favorite...tea...coffee...or hot chocolate? It doesn't matter what time of year it is. Something you can sit back and enjoy.
- Add in your favorite inspirational quotes or thoughts and you are on your way.
