A fair amount of people have difficulty in succeeding with their New Year Resolutions. Many stop before they even get going while others become hyper focused and mess everything else up. It also gets confusing when there are so many thoughts on the matter as well. Different approaches while having many variances in how to set them up.
Here are a few ways to get your goals done next year. As I know most of you have your micro goals and short term goals in order. At least the process of how to is under wraps. So here we go:
- Have 1 goal per month.
- Book 15minutes a day to goal work. You can find 15minutes. If it is important you will find it.
- Have only one goal set as choose to do. Must be done choice. Have a monthly check in or weekly and assess how everything is going to keep you on track, back on track or started.
- For the home switch to seasonal. The first three months prepare for spring. All the yard work and new stuff that needs to be got and done work it out. Prep. You will be ready to do the work. The rest of it is daily routines. You can also do this with seasonal events or community classes and you will be on top of it.
- Business. Same as above with a twist. Divide into quarters. Some examples could be training, sales, development, networking, write that new seller piece, where do you need the work? That is your three month main focus.
